Radiatori, or little tiny radiators 🙂
I’d love to know how some of these pasta shapes came about. Radiatori, according to Wikipedia (…and everything on Wikipedia is true you know) are so named because they resemble radiators and apparently they were created in the 1960s by an industrial designer.
So there you go!
