BYC Sailpast 2019

I didn’t think we would be attending Sailpast this year, and then, at the last moment, someone asked us to join them. So we threw on our whites and blues and attended the ceremonies and went out for the vessel procession. It was the first time in a few years that I wasn’t the photographer, and that was just fine with me. Instead I got to be a passenger and just enjoy the day 🙂

You can’t count on weather at this time of year. Could be a monsoon. Could be a scorcher. Today we landed somewhere in the middle; not too hot, not too cold, not too cloudy, not too sunny, a little bit of wind, but not a hurricane.

And of course I got a sunburn….. it wouldn’t be the first day on the water without that stupid error.
