September 15, 2015 – Nothing creative about the photo, the creativity in the image lies solely in the contents of the jars, I had fun this summer doing little put-up jobs. There are also a couple of other shelves filled with tomatoes, pickles, and tomato sauces.
Happy to have captured the tastes of summer to enjoy in the dark and dreary days of winter.

Where to start? Balsamic ketchup, sweet and sour hot sauce, raspberry chipotle sauce, several chutneys (peach, blueberry, mango, green tomato, plum), several salsas (peach, tomato, green tomato, peach mint), bbq sauces (tomato, peach, raspberry habanero), taco sauce, pizza sauce, couple of pasta sauces, various jams and jellies, blueberry sauce, two kinds of mincemeat (apple cranberry and pear cranberry), and so on….
