Coals (210/365)

July 29, 2015 – Salmon on the BBQ for dinner tonight. Kirk is a bit of a BBQ snob, only lump charcoal will do, no gas, no briquettes.

I’m finding the 365 project difficult at the moment. Interesting how I got through three and, although the third one was challenging to complete, I thought this one would be easier after having taken a two year hiatus.

Must have been exceptionally hot taking the pic, tried similar and I couldn’t bear it :D. Hang in there with the 365, I think you’re doing an exceptional work. I only wish I can keep such a steady quality for so long. Cheers!
