January 15, 2015 – Corks are becoming more and more rare in wine bottles, and when you do find them, more often than not they are plastic.

There is something more satisfying about the “pop” of a cork on a good bottle of wine compared to the twist of a screw-cap. At least a plastic cork still “pops”.

Ah well, so it goes….change…. it’s just a sign of the times….
