No, I haven’t seen any yet….mainly because, other than a run to the grocery store and a dinner at a Nuxalk community centre, I have not left the hatchery grounds because I have had so much preparation to do for the presentations I am giving up here. I had a few weeks to prepare for this, but, despite blocking of chunks of time on my calendar to do the work I needed to do….meeting requests on top of Busy blocks, apparent emergencies, other people’s priorities, phone calls, and recurring meetings all sucked up my available time and I have ended up working until late in the evenings to do my necessary work on my own time because I am unable to work during my paid work hours 😟
But I know there are lots of bears around currently, so here is a recycled image from two years ago.
