Actually, this isn’t the one I shredded a pinkie knuckle on, I did that on the parmesan grater…one of those ones with the ragged holes that look like a series of tiny bullets have been shot through a piece of metal and the exit holes are ringed with tiny metal teeth.
That’s the one I nailed my pinkie knuckle on.
In other random thoughts…why does grated cheese always taste better than sliced cheese?
