I tried for so long to find one of these plants, a Lewisia, with apricot orange flowers. I think I had one once…and then a harsh winter froze the roots in a small pot it was in.
I’m not really a pink person, and I don’t aim for pink flowers….pretty much ever…and yet….here we are.
This little Lewisia plant throws forward a blast of bright pink flowers every spring to taunt me.
