Some days it’s just hard to take a photo…but when I make the effort to pause, and look around…it also makes me take some breaths, smell the air, feel the sun (or rain as the case may be) and it permits me the moment to appreciate the small and fascinating things in the world around us. And when I take those moments to appreciate the things….I also let my ind wander to the amazing people that populate out lives. Some drift in and out, sometimes because they need us for something, or we need them, and then the something goes away.
And some make a continual effort to stay connected.
Those last ones are the ones I appreciate the most.
I am terrible at maintaining connections, but I am so grateful for those that stick it out and make the effort when I am less than proficient. ❤️
