108/365 (April 18, 2011) – Remember when you needed a fan to cool off?
When it was hot and it was hard to sleep because you just wanted some cool air?
I had to turn it on just to see if it still worked. it’s been so bloody cold lately. Snow in the passes. Snow just up the road on the mountain. Unseasonably chilly, some heat would be really nice.
Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the sun, really I do. It’s so nice to see it instead of the incessant rain we’ve been having. It’s such a wonderful thing to look out the window and see at least some blue sky, but it’s still darned chilly when you go out in it. I put a turtleneck on inside my quilt lined riding jacket, and I still had a chill in me by the time I got home.
But the fan still works.
It’s waiting.
We all are.

Yeah, mary-lou, mean.
I sympathize, Paige; same in Calgary, only colder. The overhead fan I’m thinking about is in Panama….
